Ventrilo Normalization

Vent Normalization makes everyone's voice the exact same volume. In essence, you won't blow your ear's out or have difficulty hearing people.

Here's how:

- Go to Setup
- Enable Direct Sound
- Select the SFX Button
- Select Compressor and click Add.
- Under Compressor Properties use the following settings

- Gain = between 5-10 is a good setting
- Attack = 0.01
- Release = Around 500
- Threshold = Around -30
- Ratio = 100
- Pre delay = 4.0

That's been suggested before and some people said vent sounded like crap afterwards lol.

They are also the same people who say that there is no audiable difference between Mp3s recorded at 198kb/s v.s. 320kb/s
