Quick KT Question

I haven't been 80 DK for too long just yet but I'm already done with all gear (Both my DPs and Tanking) outside of raiding so really the only thing i can do is Raiding. Anyways... Already got Champion of the Frozen but i was curious about the Kel'Thuzad fight, is it possible for healers to heal the OT (who happened to be me) If they get frost'd while kiting the adds? It just didn't seem possible, and it resulted in 2 of our wipes, third was flawless though ;). Those adds just seem to hit far too hard and fast while frozen in place with that dot going off, Is it pretty much just a "Fuck, better restart" moment?

We tend to just have an OT tank the adds in place. Space the healers out so no more than one is frosted at a time. It shouldn't be a problem to keep everyone up.

I'm not sure we ever got to that point. For a while now, we've either been having people drag the spider-doodz to the tank (in 10 man) or just one person offtank all 4 (usually a bear for massive HP). Don't recall how the freezing ever went for that, or if it ever happened to us. Were you getting frozen due to it chaining from someone else?

Kiting the adds? I'm assuming you're talking about 10 man KT. Just have your MT tank the boss and the adds that spawn. He's the only player that can't be targetted by Frost Blast.

How we did it is our MT tanked KT while we were spread out (Ya 10 man) and I picked up the adds and kited them in the back, i got frosted (only me) and we wiped cuz the adds went loose. So instead we should have the adds be tanked by the MT and just have extra heals on him? I do have a good amount of health as a side note ;P (about 32k unbuffed) Ill keep that in mind when we clear it this week, I'm hoping for a 2 nite clear of both naxx and 10 man maly. We were in a previous guild that had a large amount of retards (They wouldn't boot DCers and retards from Heroic Thaddius) So we went off and created our own, only took us 7 trys to down Maly. We prol are going to hopefully get into Heroic Naxx this week and clear it. Thanks for the advice. I think it was just some terrible luck. third time i never got frozen and every1 was still alive and well at the end.

25 man KT the offtank on the adds that show up cannot be targetted by frost blast, so you should offtank them, 10 man you shouldn't.
