Looks pretty cool, I have some friends from warhammer that are in the beta and they love it. Sort of an upgraded planetside but with a presistant world. An agency(guild) can rule with an iron fist if you play right. And no elves!

Yea as fun as an FPS MMO sounds this doesn't really look like groundbreaking stuff.

I don't need ground breaking.

I need Planetside + upgraded graphics + better mmo aspects.

I've been following this game, looks cool. CCP's new project is going to rock your socks off (they made EVE, my company funded them, and I should be able to get plenty of beta keys when they are available.)

ehhh thats console only from the looks of it this game is also like borderlands it has a 4 player co-op vs AI story line(these characters cant be used in pvp though) you have the choice of just buying the game for that feature or subscribing for the pvp enviornment in addition....since sc2 beta isnt gonna be till later quarter 1 im probally gonna pick this game up

I agree with DJ on this one. If they could make an updated planetside I would be all over that shit. If Global Agenda has that epic massive battle feel to it like planetside did I would be all over it, but from the videos it doesn't seem like it. Oh well I guess we have to wait and see.

Yea, Planetside 2 would be amazing.

MAG looks tight, but still not quite what I'm looking for. Its basically MW2 but with larger maps / more people.

Rumored to be in dev... they are doing something with that IP, but another MMOFPS? Who knows?

Game launches FEB 1st 2010 if you pre order from steam(or amazon) you get to do all the Closed beta events starting Jan 7th -23ish plus Name reservation for the game. Me and deadjon are playing for sure

I have heard from some people that were in closed beta that this game is not really anything amazing. They call it an MMO but the game is only 10 v 10 possibly larger in the future, with a little skill weapon spam type game play. You pay to be in a virtual lobby which is more like a 3D server browser .
